3 Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Effectively



If you think that the exercises to lose belly fat you need to do are high impact aerobic ones or cardiovascular ones, then think again. In fact when it comes to losing unwanted belly fat doing 50 sit ups each day just won't work and certainly jogging 15 miles a day may not help either.

In this article, we take a look at three types of exercises that can prove very beneficial when it comes to losing the belly fat you have gained over recent years. Exercise 1 - Pilates

This is a form of exercise that tends to be overlooked by many people when they are trying to lose belly fat. Although you may not think it is the right form of exercise because it only requires you to stretch various parts of the body.




Although your local gym may have Pilate's classes that you can attend in the beginning why not try out some in the comfort of your own home. All you need to do in order to start using this form of exercises to lose belly fat is buy a good Pilate's workout DVD and a mat. These items you can either purchase from your local sports store or by going online. Plus once you are online you will find several sites that offer you the chance to join in with their Pilates workouts as they have created videos that you can use as you watch on your laptop or PC.

Exercise 2 - Yoga

Many people will simply not consider this as a great way of losing belly fat because again it isn't high impact. Rather they see it as a way of relaxing, and this simply isn't the case. Yes, yoga is a very relaxing but there are exercises that you will learn to do that are extremely intense. In fact you will be amazed at just how beneficial doing 20 or 30 minutes of yoga each day can be for not just your mind but your body as well.

As with Pilates, this is a form of exercises to lose belly fat that can be carried out in the comfort of your own home. Again, to get started you will need to purchase a mat on which the Yoga exercises can be carried out and some instructional DVDs as well. Again your local sports store or an online sports or health store should be able to provide these to you. In fact you may find when you start searching for such equipment, some stores do provide beginners kits that include not just a mat and DVD but also Yoga bricks as well.

Exercise 3 - Walking

Of the three forms of exercises to lose belly fat that we mention in this article, this is the easiest of them all to do. It is important that when you use this form of exercise to help lose belly fat, you do so at a good pace and where you find it difficult to hold a conversation with another person. Also along with setting a good pace, you also need to make sure that you walk at this pace for around 30 minutes each day. Another thing that is crucial is that you wear a good pair of running shoes when doing this exercise.
